Sample MVC 2 ASP.NET application based on Spark View Engine and targeting .NET framework 4.0

I tried using Spark View Engine in my new empty MVC 2 application (targeting 4.0) and found it wasn't so simple.

I looked on the web and found several tutorials (mainly from Andrew Siemer) and i decided to upload my new solution so that you might save some time

The solution contain complied Spark Engine 1.1 targeting .net framework 4.0

FYI Spark view doesn't support IntelliSense, and this is frustrating during work (although not so many element to remember)
